CHN members gain significant discounts on our yearly homeschool conference, CHN Family Expo. Member discounts are also available on camping and selected publications.
CHN is a membership organization. The CHN Board of Trustees is elected by the membership and each Family Membership is entitled to one vote. Members are entitled to attend quarterly membership meetings and minutes of all meetings are available to members upon request. CHN also publishes an electronic newsletter which is e-mailed to all members. You will receive a membership card and welcome letter in the mail within approximately two weeks, as well as an invitation to join our members only Yahoo group – the grapevine. Your membership in CHN enables us to support homeschoolers throughout California through our 800 number, information e-mail, website, homeschooling seminars and our yearly homeschool conference. CHN is committed to keeping homeschooling legal in the state of California.
